Who offers it
Gooder Gus Booms, LLC, doing business as Gooder Defense ("we").
What it covers
Gooder Defense ammunition bought from gooderdefense.com or from an authorized Gooder Defense dealer listed on our Dealers page that has a defect in materials or workmanship, such as a failure to fire, a damaged case, or a wrong count or caliber in the box. If a dealer was on our authorized list when you bought from it, your purchase stays covered even if that dealer is later removed from the list.
How long
For gooderdefense.com orders, report the problem within 30 days of delivery. For dealer purchases, report it within 30 days of the purchase date on the dealer's receipt.
What we do
For rounds bought on gooderdefense.com, at our choice, we replace the affected rounds or refund what you paid for them. For rounds bought from an authorized dealer, we replace the affected rounds (no refund from Gooder Defense; any refund is up to the dealer). Approved replacements ship, or refunds are issued, within 7 to 15 business days after approval. We may ask for photos, the lot number, and unfired rounds or the box back. If we need rounds back, we will email you a prepaid UPS Ground label and packing instructions. Do not ship any ammunition to us without that label and those instructions.
What it does not cover
Damage from misuse, reloading or modifying our rounds, improper storage, use in a firearm that is unsafe or not chambered for the cartridge, or normal wear. It does not cover rounds bought from any other reseller or second-hand seller.
How to claim
Email admin@gooderdefense.com with your order number (or, for dealer purchases, a copy of the dated receipt from a dealer on our Dealers page showing the dealer name and the Gooder Defense product), what happened, and photos.
Safety
If you think a round caused damage or injury, stop shooting, keep the rounds and firearm as they are, and contact us right away.
Your other rights
This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the law. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties, so some limits above may not apply to you.
